Welcome to the NERC Biogeochemical Gradients and Radionuclide Transport (BIGRAD) website
BIGRAD is a UK NERC funded consortium grant (led by Prof. Katherine Morris) which will develop a better understanding of the geochemical and microbiological evolution of the subsurface environment surrounding a radioactive waste geological disposal facility (GDF).
